WHAT I AM KNOWN FOR

My Story
My fitness journey began in one of the most difficult times of my life. As a senior in high school I was struggling to cope. My body was tense. I suffered from frequent migraines, disordered eating, and felt ashamed of my (undiagnosed) ADHD & PTSD symptoms.
The local yoga community saved my life. I learned the value of slowing down and finding stillness in my body, but I hated it at first! It took practice and patience. Gradually, my body began to heal, I started to feel peace & joy again.

Fast forward about 11 years and I’ve been working 1:1 with clients ever since! I am full of gratitude and eager to pay it forward.
